Lady’s Day 2012 – can you help please?

Hello one and all,

Yes it’s that time again…..

The date we have in mind is either the 11th or 12th of August, although the location is yet to be confirmed – we’re hoping to get somewhere different to play giving us even more space to bring along one or two different toys (subject to agreement!!).

This year, all proceeds from the event will be dontated to Portsmouth Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in memory of our baby Christopher, this decision was voted on at our recent committee meeting and hopefully you’ll all get behind the cause to raise some decent funds for a very worthy cause.

We’re looking for lady drivers (no experience necessary, simply a provisional licence will do) and of course many many guys to volunteer their trucks, time and enthusiasm (an element towards fuel costs can be requested if required). 

We are aiming to make this event bigger and better than any other year and I have a few things up my sleeve but it will of course see the return of the yummy bbq and other refreshments.  This event is open to members and their friends/family/colleagues so get asking around and put forward your interest/pledge on this page please or email me caz22hart@gmail.com.

Any help with the event will be gratefully received, without your assistance we wouldn’t be able to make it the success that it’s grown into over the previous 3 years.
