Please click on Master 2013 to view the full results for the league for 2013. Well done to everyone who took part in a great and in some cases ‘close’ year of trialling.  A huge thank you to Marshalls, setter uppers, rescuers and to those of you that have kindly stayed behind after to dismantle the sections – many hands make light work 🙂

Here’s to the 2014 season which starts Sunday 5th January at Matchams, what a ‘cracker’ of a site to start the year with and don’t forget the annual prize giving dinner on Saturday 18th January, not just for triallers, it’s a great chance to get the whole club together for a good old knees up – What else would you possibly want to do!!!!  Details will be in the forthcoming magazine or contact Social Secretary, Teresa Heath for further details.

Thanks again, Caz

Creech Grange UCR – Locked

Hi All,

Ah!! Nearly forgot.  Thanks to Jeremy Bell from S&DLRC informing me that the gate at Creech Grange, adjacent to the car-park, (viewpoint) has been locked.

Access is currently only available to walkers and cyclists.

I have contacted Dorset County Council’s Rights of Way Team and the person I spoke to has given me an incident number.  They informed me they will deal with it and contact me once it has been resolved.

I have physically checked the gates today and this is the only one that is locked; the padlock they have used is not an exempted key-holders padlock..

Any questions please do not hesitate to contact me either on 07768 585081 or leave a comment and I will get back to you.

Many Thanks

Jim Welch

Rights of Way Officer

Looks like a 1, 2, 3 in class 11 by Dorset Land Rover Club.  Looks like those modifications paid off.

Also seems Ron scored 0 for the sections he didn’t enter rather than 12 so didn’t actually do too badly!

The last trial of the year at Bransgore sees Hoggy & Martin fight it out for the swb trophy.

Literally a couple of points separate the two but because of the average score system for one trial (the highest scoring), Hoggy needs to beat Martin by 3 points. he’s done it before this year but who will bow under pressure?

Martin has won the trophy for many many years now so this will be an exciting climax to the year. Definitely one trial not to miss.

I have handed the Leafer trophy to Rob already but will give him a run at the last one, provided Bertie behaves of course!!
